This movie is based on the story of the Cottingley Fairies. In 1917, Elsie Wright and Frances Griffiths, two young cousins who lived in Cottingley, near Bradford in England take a photograph believed by some to be the first scientific evidence of the existence of fairies. The film stars Peter O'Toole.
